We’re your all-female team of financial advisers

Yorkshire Financial Planning is run by Caroline Allen and Joanne Baker, a passionate pair of financial advisers who work with people at all different stages of life. We believe that it’s never too early or too late to receive fully tailored financial advice, which is why our clients range from forward-thinking young professionals to seasoned employees, business owners, entrepreneurs, families and retirees.

Our role is to help clear away the fog that often makes the path to financial freedom so difficult to navigate. From an initial financial health check, all the way to in-depth investment and retirement planning, financial protection, financial strategies for businesses, and planning for later life, we’re here for you today, tomorrow and far into the future.

I reached 50 and being the sole earner in the family wished to ensure that, in the event of my death, cover was in place for any gap in earnings this might bring in the next few years. Joanne helped me to determine best scheme weighing up means of payment (best scheme for tax efficiency), level of cover, scope (i.e. whether to consider critical illness also). Joanne made clear arrangements for meetings (online) and was always well prepared for these. I wanted someone to work through all the options so I did not have to - and assist with the best result.

We are approaching a milestone age and felt like our finances were not in order. I reached out to initially ask for some advice. Caroline has helped us so much in all areas of out finances.
